How do we maintain solar panels?

How do we maintain solar panels?

1. Check whether the solar panelsare damaged or not, and find and replace them in time.
2. Check whether the connection wires and ground wires of the solar panelsare in good contact.
3. Check whether there is any heat phenomenon at the wiring of the combiner boxes.
4. Check whether the battery board bracket is loose or broken.
5. Check and timely clean up the weeds around the solar panel that cover the solar panel.
6. Check whether there is any cover on the surface of the battery board.
7. In strong wind, heavy snow and heavy rain, the battery panels and brackets should be checked.
8. Check whether animals enter the power station to damage the battery panels.
9. In hail weather, the surface of the solar panels should be checked.
10. Detect the temperature of the battery panel and compare it with the ambient temperature for analysis.
11. The problems detected should be dealt with, analyzed and summarized in time.

12. Make detailed records for each inspection to facilitate future analysis. Make analysis summary records and file them.

The Wide Usage of Surge Protective Devices

In today’s world, electronic devices are an integral part of our everyday lives, and their importance continues to grow. We use them for work, communication, entertainment, and even education. However, these devices are vulnerable to damage caused by power surges. Surge protective devices (SPDs) have become increasingly important to protect our electronic devices. In this article, we […]

The difference between DC fuse and AC fuse

The difference between DC fuse and AC fuse

There are three differences between a DC fuse and an AC fuse (1) In the case of DC transmission, ac systems on both sides do not need to run synchronously, while AC transmission must run synchronously. When ac power is transmitted over a long distance, the phase difference between the two ends of the ac power transmission […]

Introduction to SPD and its role

Introduction to SPD and its role

In an electrical systems, SPDs are usually installed in tap-off configuration (in parallel) between the live conductors and the earth. The operating principle of SPD can be similar to that of a circuit breaker. In normal use (no overvoltage): the SPD is similar to an open circuit breaker. When there is an overvoltage: the SPD […]
